Very rude receptionist (there in the afternoons), spoiling the name of the medical centre
Today (@1245pm), I went to see the doctor and the receptionist (wearing blue and glasses ) was not sitting in the place. She came from behind door and took my details and when I asked her how long do I have to wait..she said rudely five people are there. I told her if she could ring me when my turn arrives as I live acrossthe road..she very rudely said we don't do that. All your receptionist are very supportive and well mannered but this time this lady was different.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We found an injured bird across the road and the staff at this medical centre helped us with supplies to assist the bird. Thank you very much.
