I would give a negative rating if I could. Dr. Bickel would not listen to details or answer our questions. When he disagreed with our prognosis (because we've had kidney stones before) he became rude and combative, then asked us to leave. Horrible attitude, would not recommend.
I will be continuing to work with this provider for a long time. I didn’t get the same level of support from my previous team.
