This business started out well because when they damaged a sprinkler head they replaced it. Then there were lapses in the weekly mowings, which was odd. They denied they hit my window with a rock but they were the only ones there. They admitted that a rock shattered my Andersen storm door, but it was replaced with glass from a local shop, and the frame was left with a chip. Had I received a phone call regarding any of the above mentioned complaints, I can assure you they would have been addressed immediately. However, the "customer" relied solely on a text message. As she stated in the review, we made several repairs, in good faith (to her satisfaction) over the course of several years. Some things are unavoidable ie: a plastic planter which can possibly blow away, or even crack when weed whacked around. I would have been happy to replace it, had I been made aware.
