They cheat and take advantage of their customer. They turned us away because they cannot confirmed our reservation despite the fact that we showed them the confirmation number and the charge on our credit card. Their reason was their system was down and they cannot confirm our reservation. When I called, they said they canceled it already and to deal with our credit card. Made reservations directly through the hotel website for October in August, received a confirmation, drove 4hrs only to be told they couldn't find the reservation and had no rooms. Manager "couldn't explain it" and said it's been happening for a while, but the website continues to show open rooms. We and several other parties were turned away in the middle of the night to find alternate accommodations. Extremely unprofessional, terrible management and communication.
Booked a room online, confirmed it with email. Got there and they said they didn’t have the booking when I went to double check at noon, I made another booking in person, they said the room would be ready at 3. I went in at 3, they said room service was cleaning it and to come back. Got dinner and came back at 5, they said they didn’t have my booking in the system, despite seeing the man at the desk write down my reservation and my credit card at the desk when I got there at noon.
