I'm very thankful that my friend booked this hotel for me it was a great very clean breakfast was included staff was very friendly thanks to cash at the front desk I ate at a wonderful restaurantone of the best recommendations I've ever had I love the history of the hotel even though under construction they were kind courteous and very accommodating thank you.
We had an excellent experience at the Parkview Hotel, and I especially want to recognize Arif for his incredible professionalism and hospitality. After checking into a nearby hotel and finding bugs in the beds (not bed bugs, but enough to really unsettle our kids), we were understandably nervous about our next hotel. The room was fully renovated, very clean, and comfortable, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, when we arrived, there was a sketchy individual in the parking lot waving for us to come toward him, which made us feel unsafe. The lobby and first-floor hallways were also not very clean or well maintained. Additionally, one of the front desk staff members had an unusual appearance that felt less professional than expected. I saw negative reviews on Trip Advisor on this hotel so I must comment. Yes there are renovations going on, which only impact 2 floors and 1 elevator. We had a brand new renovated room on the 5th floor that was perfect. The hotel was not dirty or loud. The hot complimentary breakfast was awesome and the staff were friendly. It’s in a safe area and we walked all the way to and from JMA dome for a concert (25 min walk totally safe). I have no idea why there are negative reviews! 7 reasons why you shouldn't stay here: 1. This is the most specific but also the wildest, so I'll start here: our room did not have hand soap in the bathroom. We asked the front desk for hand soap at least three times and never got any. One of those times, the front desk and (presumably) a maintenance person looked at each other like they didn't even know what hand soap was.
