Old but clean. Very friendly staff
Nice quiet hotel close to the downtown. Definitely can stay here again
Decent. Rooms are a bit dated. Though Syracuse doesn't have a plethora of options for alternatives to stay at. The breakfast is not impressive. Bed is comfortable. There's only one working elevator, so a 5th floor stay can take up to 5 min to get an elevator during a busy timeframe. (Mornings).
Comfy and simple rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
