They offer free breakfast, but both days there were no forks available to eat with..I was told to use a spoon or knife. They ran out of items and didnt have more to replace them with, so it was very limited. The attendant at the desk didn't know if there was mail pickup available or where the nearest post box was..she was unhelpful in all interactions. I would have rated them a 5 because the rooms are nice and very clean, the staff not so helpful.

Rooms are clean. Beds are super comfy. Hotel does not have a store, only vending machines. There are no nearby convenience stores.
