This is exactly what you expect for Syracuse. If you want something better the. You pay for it or go more to East Syracuse. But if you want to visit your child for a night or two then it’s ok. Plus free parking and next to the highway. If you have an EV then it’s pretty close by. And if your child has to use a storage facility then it’s perfect as well.
Nice quant older hotel. Great location. The only issues were, no blanket on bed; as my wife tends to get cold at night (I had to purchase a blanket for our two night stay). The other issue...Jessica! Her tone and attitude during check-in were needlessly curt, bordering on sarcastic. It set the wrong tone for my stay. A hotel lobby should feel like a welcome mat, not a cold shoulder. It’s disappointing when professionalism and hospitality are missing at the very first touchpoint
Just stayed here over the weekend. Loved that the hotel had its own lot for parking. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus. Enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.
