Unorganized and slow. I'm unsure of why they offer an "On My Way" option online, and pre check in, just to have to turn around and repeat the process in person. And, in spite of doing all of that prior, and the app stating a 30 min wait time, still waited over an hour before I left and went elsewhere. They need to offer appointments to avoid ppl wasting their valuable time.
I have come to this lab multiple times and the wait times are crazy. Checking in online does nothing to get you in faster. The app also never reflects accurate wait times. The app currently says a 30 min wait, but I was there for over an hour and never got to registration before I left to go to another site.
All the employees are very nice and friendly. Lab technician was very gentle in getting blood work.
