Avoid this location if you want a skilled phlebotomist. I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. First, the check-in process is completely inflexible; I arrived early from a prior appointment, and despite checking in via phone, they made me wait over 30 minutes exactly until my scheduled time rather than showing any flexibility. Once called back, the phlebotomist had no idea how to bill my VA insurance and struggled with my ID card. To make matters worse, the actual blood draw was awful. PRMC lab is staffed by the most amazing people. The decision to farm ~almost~ everything to LabCorp... bogus. Because of how my labs were ordered, I had to go to both places... talk about a total time suck. Y'all ought to really think about the impact of your decisions before you make them...
