The professionalism and caring that the ER dept has is phenomenal! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. Everyone was awesome from the PA, the nurses, and of course the doc, herself. Shout out to the ER especially during this COVID19 pandemic and handling other emergencies, too! The calm that they have here made me feel better as they stitched my son's finger! Thank you Parkview!

I’ve been hospitalized several times and this is my first experience with PMC and it’s been nothing but pleasant. Kind caring staff that do whatever they can to make you comfortable. I had one small complaint and it was rectified immediately. I will make the 2.5 hr drive to come here any day and bypass the hospitals closer to me.
The ER at Parkview in town has become a dim and depressing place to go. They treat sick people in the waiting room that looks more and more like a prison with security officers acting more like cops and a front desk with no empathy all doors are lock. I watched an older gentlemen sit for 60 plus minutes with no o2 and a o2 stat of 68. i had to wait 1 hour and 26 minutes for the trage nurse to come back from lunch.
