My apartment floods all the time they won’t do anything about it......horrible place to live
RecommendedI currently live here and would recommend any of my friends or family to live here. It is a quiet community nestled in a central location. Very pet friendly and a wonderful staff.
My stepdaughter tried to move in this complex. After taking nearly 2 weeks to get an answer because the staff member couldn’t answer SIMPLE questions, she had to find other options. Now she can’t get deposit back. After speaking with the manager, I was told that she waited too long to opt out. Two days to opt out compared to two weeks of trying to get simple answers. Pretty pathetic.
Wonderful people!!! If you ever need anything Mrs. Faith and the other workers are always right there to help!!! We really like here... Thanks for all yalls hard work.
Great little starter place for us! Having just one child, we wanted out of the city and closer to some family. Our son was a little sad to leave as were we but we had a chance at owning a home. So grateful we found Parkview Estates when we did. Faith, Pam, and Johnny were awesome! If anything needed their attention, they were there either that day or to next. Nice and quiet living area! Thanks for everything guys! <3
Very friendly and quiet place to live! Wonderful management and pretty affordable! We loved it when we lived here! Definitely a good place to live!
