I stayed here for 3 years and they took My deposit! I left the apartment in perfect condition.. I didn’t replace light bulbs & drip pans! Oh and they had to paint.. (two coats of paint)

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move in this place! Horrible management! They don’t fix nothing but charge you for every little thing when you move out they take all of your money even when you’ve cleaned the apartment and left it in good condition. Everything is cheap! And breaks easily maintenance won’t fix anything! Walls are thin you can hear all of your neighbors. Fixtures is cheap. They are overpriced! Goes up on rent every year! I wish I could give this place zero stars. Let me be clear that this is a “you get what you pay for” apartment. The rent is cheaper, which is nice. But what you save in rent you lose in emergency maintenance, working appliances, good plumbing and timely call backs from the office. Any issue I’ve ever had, I’ve had to follow up numerous times to get a resolution. Not once have I put in a complaint that was resolved without me following up. Too much bed bags and the management cant do anything about it. Wired place for living.
