So far, so good! Lived here a week. Move in was easy and the office girls are so kind and helpful! Updated unit and quiet neighborhood
They have changed owners 3 times in 3 years I’ve lived here. Parking lot is full of pot holes, parking space lines are almost non existent. Pool hasn’t worked in a year. Nobody is ever in the office when you need them. They don’t answer the phones when you call and when they come In to do pest control they spray the bath down stairs and the kitchen in and out in less than a minute. Kelsey and her team were great with the renewal process, and overall made sure that all that details and conditions were understood and communicated.
Pool has been closed all year. Yard maintenance is bad. The place is really empty because of the rental cost and management.
