Everyone in this department from the clerk at the check in desk, the prep op nurses, Dr Saifuddin and her staff, the recovery nurses and the volunteer that escorts you to your car were friendly and helpful. They left no questions unanswered and they made a stressful situation much less stressful. I appreciate their kindness and care during my brief visit.
