My name is Nurys Sandoval, and I am a tenant at the Parkview Condominium located at 17706 NW 59th Ave Unit 104, Hialeah, FL 33015, where I have been living for a year and a half. After two months of residing in the above-mentioned address, black mold appeared on the ceiling of the closets and the bathroom, which I reported to the condominium’s administrative office.
