Dr. Edlin represents the highest level of professionalism! I have utmost trust in him.
Had 2nd degree burns. Have been treating em myself for a week. I come in the NP uses a lint filled rag to clean away my wounds. Did not stop when I told em to stop. And would contradict themselves answering questions. I left in more pain than I have had all week. Never coming back. This healthcare is going down hill.
Elizabeth who answers the phones there is very rude. Probably needs to consider a job not in the healthcare field since she has no patience or empathy for other people.
