I almost died after service here (spark plugs). Drivetrain error and limp mode as I was merging onto the highway…. Almost got hit by a dump truck. According to them just a faulty spark plug… I get how that could happen but the manager didn’t even apologize to me or anything in person and only called me after i gave them a 0/10 on the survey (a week later) and left me a message to call him (which I did and left a message - still haven’t heard from him). I’ve tried giving this dealership multiple chances, but every visit is an absolute nightmare. I consistently leave feeling frustrated and unheard. If a zero-star option existed, I would use it. Avoid this place if you value your time and peace of mind.
The dealership was generally pleasant to deal with but not Bobby!
Extremely poor customer service, they treat you like they are almost giving you a favour to even look at the car. Manager and sales man arguing infront of customer, no sense of how to treat customers. Worst experience!
Had a wonderful experience purchasing my first M2 here. Lambri and team went truly above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to this location. They truly made my pickup day feel special and like a major event. 10/10. I’ll be back in the future for BMW purchases.
