Been using Parkview for seventeen years and the service I have received has been nothing short of excellant from all aspects of the business. I have been using the sales Sales Representative Bobby Milonakis for twelve years and he is by far one of the most elite in his profession. Excellant knowledge of the products he sells, super friendly and a level of customer service and client follow up I have never experienced in the industry prior to meeting him.
I had a wonderful experience this week purchasing a mint condition pre-owned X-1 through Nolan Pitoscia and his team. I’m so disappointed with Chris at this dealership. My time was completely wasted and it all felt so dishonest and suspect. I was given a fair and transparent offer from Downtown BMW and I connected with Chris to see if Parkview could beat the offer. Chris told me they would ‘absolutely’ beat the offer and said over the phone that the monthly payment could be reduced significantly.
