Dreadful. To describe these people as incompetent - is being generous. If there is anything seriously wrong with you. Go somewhere else. You would get more sympathy and reliable advice from a door greeter at Walmart. This hospital isn’t scraping the barrel, it’s gone out the bottom and is heading towards the antipodes.
If I could leave a 0, I would as well. I also set up for my mentally ill son to see an NP for his meds because we just moved back and he needs them, one month in advance for bluffton location and 2 months for decatur. I got a reminder email. We get to the appt and they instantly tell me we have to reset the apt. His meds are do in 2 days and cost 6k a month. On another note the refer us to PBH which is a horrible place to take a mentally ill person. They did nothing to make sure he was seen fo his meds
I'd give 0 if I could. I set up my teen with what was supposed to be an intake for individual services - psych and counseling - a month and a half in advance. Last Friday I get a reminder call for the appt, but was told it was first-come first-served. It confused me, but I didn't think too much of it. So today (Monday) we go in, as scheduled at 2pm.
