My mom has had multiple health issues over the years from nerve pain to epilepsy. The seizure doctor wouldn't even listen to my parents when they tried to tell her about my mom's seizures. That doctor would just push out pills to her. My mom's family doctor and his nurses wouldn't believe my mom when she said she had a urinary tract infection and hasn't given her medication to get rid of it. These are just a few ways Parkview and its doctors have been crappy toward my mom and our family. So if you're thinking about going to ... read more

Nurses not be combative be helpful to patients and to just be a little bit compassionate and not have to argue and fight with every little thing to try to get something done

After a botched surgery, failure to make it right financially and then failure to even simply COMMUNICATE. Horrible experience. “Not for profit, all for you” and “excellent patient care for every patient” don’t exactly live up to the hype. It’s unfortunate that this hospital chain is the ONLY option for my health insurance as it is with most people in my area. Patient advocates did absolutely NOTHING to help. Worst “customer service” I’ve ever experienced. Interrupting me, not reaching back out when they said they would to n... read more

I was really disappointed. I was in the ER, it was time for me to leave... I had to ask for socks and a mask!! If I didn’t... I would have walked through the ER with out both. There were other things I was disappointed in. Not the care like a hospital should have. Very surprised during Covid!

would not recommend if you have to contact them by phone. My wife and I have had to wait for over 20 minutes each time we need to call our family doctor. For a business that touts the number of employees it has and how it is all about patient care, this is ridiculous.

Business response:

Hi Sherm Keirn, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We will share this feedback with the appropriate team members.

Parkview Wabash has taken away their patients right to choose what they wish to eat if those patients are in isolation. Just because it’s too hard to get their order by phone! Guess what, it’s hard for all of us to do our job, but you do it so those patients don’t have to stress and worry about something so trivial! They need to concentrate on getting better, not feel like they are being punished because they are sick! They pay their bill just like the other patients, they deserve to be treated the same as to their rights!

Business response:

Please consider connecting with a Patient Advocate to discuss your concerns at (260) 373-9226 or Patient-Advocate@parkview.com. Thank you.
