I moved in last month I haven't had any problems with noise since I been here management is great my neighbors are very friendly. I moved up here from Passaic County and living here is great I recommend it to my friend to come look into moving in here..

Don't live there....lived there for too many years. The onsite management is horrible. They are nice at the beginning, just so you sign your lease and they get your money, after that, they are nasty, just nasty. If you have a problem, normally their answer will be "well, we can't do much about that" and don't even try to call them during lunch or after hours. All you hear is noise... – Awful - previous reviews are spot on. You can hear EVERYTHING your downstairs neighbors do. Not only that, but some people mount their TV's on their walls, and the sound travels up. That should not be allowed in apartments due to disturbing your neighbors - especially in a place like this. I've complained several times to Ray and Rosemarie. No reply. Not even a return phone call. Will be moving once the lease is up.

i lived at parkview for 4 years, and sadly the last 2 were god awful. you're obviously going to hear noise from whomever lives below/above you, but the amount of noise from the people that lived below my husband and i was insane. firstly, parkview should not have let them move in as the they were a couple with an infant in a one bedroom which is against the rules in the town of matawan. they did not have carpet so when they decided to cook dinner at 11pm/play their bollywood music at 1am, we heard everything. the child was n... read more

Annoying Noise – We were so excited to move into Parkview..its looks beautiful from the outside but inside the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYthing from your upstairs neighbors. We have complained several times to management about the noise and nothing has been done the noise continous and gets worse and worse. If you want to move here think about the noise you will hear......its alot to make you go crazy!!!!

Excellent place to live – welli just signed the lease on my new apartment here, and so far i could not be happier- they took care of everything i asked, and even let me have the keys early so i could have my carpets installed prior to my move in date...very professional and courteous...oh yeah the thing thst sealed the deal for me, was that they put all brand new blinds in the windows and sliding glass door prior to moving in
