Hundreds of dollars worth of cologne and perfumes was stolen out of my apartment by maintenance !!! THEY CAME IN MY APARTMENT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION & stole. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE WILL BE FILING LAWSUIT !
Dont live here. Pests, showcase unit has a giant crack in the wall, etc. Smells of nothing but mold, and I would know as I have asthma. Spoke to local (Oaklyn) PD and they said that they get constant calls from Parkview and not to move there. I was informed they haven't had proper security since the new owners took over and packages are stolen all the time. Avoid at all costs, overpriced and borderline unlivable.
