If I could give zero stars, I would. Parkview Towers has been the WORST place I have ever lived in my life. In my entire life. The level of neglect and disregard for residents is astonishing. Let’s start with maintenance: it takes forever for anything to get fixed—if it even gets fixed at all. When maintenance finally shows up, they leave lights on, doors unlocked (several times), and never give you any kind of update. Safety clearly isn’t a concern for them. The Leasing lady Ms.Mackenzie tour me around , had great communication skills also guided me with any & everything I needed explaining & help on. For my first time here & my first experience it’s a 10 out of 10
Ms. Jacquie was awesome she was very open and honest with everything. She helpful and non judgmental and to open to answering question. I didn’t have no problems with her and I recommend y’all to request her as y’all leasing agent.
Rodney JR is always super helpful and friendly. He solved my maintenance issue quick. It’s a Great complex.
