If I could give this place 0 stars I would…DO NOT LIVE HERE. it’s all a scam and they are trying to sell you a dream. First I’ll start off with the roach issue. there’s roaches everywhere. the hallway, the elevator, in the units. Day 1 that we received our keys I found roaches. I moved in September 2nd 2025 and already am in the process of breaking my lease. The lack of care management has is diabolical. Again, Milton did a great, professional job. All repair-related things are taken care of in a very timely manner. In fact, each and every time I have a repair related problem, the complex was very prompt about dealing with it. I'd like where I live at because it's very nice and quiet and convenient to everything in this area. There are some things I don't like, but I won't care to get into those things because they are very minuscule. The management has demonstrated to me that cleanliness and order is very important.
