I have lived here about a year now and I must say we really enjoy it! Everything has been renovated in this apartment, the neighbors are nice, the manager, Beth, is very kind and patient with us and is incredibly encouraging. We just signed a new lease and we are happy we did!
Not ADA compliant
Lower levels of the building as well as the parking lot flood yearly. Balcony is rotted and doesn't seem stable. Bathroom had a large soft spot in the floor, mold on the ceiling and floor as well as laminate flooring peeling up and becoming a trip hazard. Windows and the seams around them were all bad allowing bugs like Wasps, Asian beetles and anything else to invade my apartment.
