It took over a year to get a vacant unit but was well worth the wait. Normal post pandemic delays. After a change in ownership improvements have been noticable. In particular deferred maintenance is being addressed. My only complaint is non-enforment of the no smoking policy. Too many times I can smell the smokers who flagrantly violate and have no regards to the health of the other people.
My father recently passed away on the 8th of April and we have called Parkview Apartments in Huntley a numerous amount of times to get an application for an apartment and not once have we received one. We are always told text me your email address and still no application. We call and alot of times no one pickup. If I can put no stars I would. This is a terrible place
Scumlords! New management that just took over in January 2023 is worse than last management. They take government money and don't fix up their property or follow fair housing laws. Stay far from this place. Regional manager is overweight, lazy, rude, and probably drunk. Only keeps office hours 3 days a week for 3 hrs. Don't expect anything but the worst from this place.
