Despite all the negative comments, Parkview has been changing and is under new management. Our property manager is taking the initiative to bring Parkview back up into a complex that can strive. Within the complex, it has been so much change and new improvements. The only riffraff that I’ve seen outside of this building are people who come from outside of this community to the bars and restaurant who are loud and drunk and making noises late into the night. I live next door. The tenants kids on the side of the building that face me have had more than several instances where they throw fruits, vegetables and now eggs onto our cars and parking lot. Our building manager complained to their manager, yet it continues. It seems very mismanaged! Parties going on in the midst of Covid! This is what gives Section 8 a bad rap.
The building is low income housing. There is a wait list and income requirements. Nice job sneaking this one in Arlington Heights.
