Would be much better apartment if management wasn't terribly slow. Landlady rarely ever answers phone and takes sometimes over a month to respond to anything yet maintenance can only be requested through her so you'll be stuck living with any problems you have and it's an old building so you will have definitely have problems. Edit 9/29 : Complex under new management now and landlord is making many cosmetic improvements however rent is higher and its still an old building with problems but I'll give new landlord credit for b... read more

This was my first ever apartment experience and It was god Awful from start to finish. I stayed there four years went through three management company’s all for them to be just as bad as the former. From Rats to flooding multiple times and construction that was only supposed to be two weeks to begin displaced for 2 and a half months.
