I love this place. The management is grat, Jessica in the Main office is a wonderful woman. The neighbors are friendly and everyone helps eachother. My fiance and I liver here with our 2 kids. We've been here almost 3 years now.
It would be a lot easier to take these poor review seriously if they were not riddled with spelling errors. I've lived here for 5 years and yes, it is apartment living and there are things that are just unavoidable. However, if you think about it, the only way to actually make improvements is to renovate, and in turn ask more for the rent. I looked at the apartments to possibly rent and the model apartment looked great [of course] but I'm glad I looked up these reviews. I would tell your sister to go to the post office and send a certified letter to maintenance, then maintenance will sign for proof they got the info of what needed fixed. If they don't respond in 48 hours she can go down to the courthouse and set up an escrow account. She can put her rent in that instead of paying them until they take care of all that ridiculous stuff going on with her apartmen... read more
Do not move here. THIS IS THE GHETTO. When Riverstone Residential West LLC took over, things are not the same. ive been visiting my sister here since 2007 and she is not renewing the lease. with property mgmt the rent is 10% higher in order to pay the mgmt company. the rent is not cheap. once they spray paint the walls beige spray paint the doors white, the rent went up. the white door spray paint peels of. according to a new tenant, the lease now state if you renew, your rent will rase $150.00month. they have a new rule the... read more
