Daughter moved out in May when contract expired & immediately asked about deposit & she has been given the run around ever since. Now they aren’t even responding to email requests for updates. Guess small claims court is next step!
Worker retention is horrendous so it is never organized. more often than not there isnt a maintenance worker so work orders never get done and just get removed from the system. They DO NOT have all new systems. the only reason my apartment has a new water heater is the old one was so old it started flooding my apartment. Horrible place to live
I moved out in July and have been given no answers about my security deposit. I have called corporate a dozen or more times and was given the run around. This place is the biggest joke ever.
I moved out two months ago and still have heard no word about my security deposit
I’ve been moved out since May but they refuse to give me any information about my deposit. Not only will they not give me the “corporations” information, they keep lying about talking to them and sending our complaints. The lady that did my walk through said that our apartment was in perfect condition and nothing should come out of our deposit, yet I can’t get it back. Out of the three weeks I’ve lived here, over a week of it will be without an AC all together. Nothing was cleaned when we moved in, nothing was prepared even though we were assured it would be, and the manager and landlord refuse to do anything about any of it. There are not enough cameras so my car was hit and my roommates bike was stolen, I definitely do not recommend living here!
