I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 20YRS. I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER APARTMENT AS I SPEAK. THERE HAVE BEEN PEOPLE BREAKING IN OTHER APARTMENTS LIKE I SAID WHAT SECURITY NOW YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR APARTMENT.YOU COMPLAIN TO THEM BUT NOTHING IS EVER DONE,THEY KNOW WHAT"S GOING ON IN THE BUILDING BUT REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT it. I lived there for 3 years (2015 -2018). In the beginning it was very nice, clean and felt like community. At the time there was a pool table room, a convenient store, a community space, fitness center, conference room, and an active TAB office w/ members who did a lot with and for the residents. It felt safe, and it was comfortable. Management changed several times, as a result the property began taking a turn for the worse. Its a laundry list of issues with this property. I would not recommend ANYONE LIVING HERE.

The building is under new management and since this year has started I have seen a lot of promising improvements. It still has its problems, but the atmosphere is changing. It's a slow process that can't be rushed, but so far I am happy and look forward to more improvements.
