When I visited an elderly person there it was a very frightening experience. So many thugs and yelling and cars that had overly loud speakers with their bass turned up so loud it had to be against the law. I can't believe the police allow that. It was dark as I was leaving, big sky fireworks were being shot and firecrackers, roman candles, it sounded like a war zone. I know that was against the law. I hurried to my car.
