I have lived here (in parkview apartments) for some time now and this is the worst year ever. Trash all over the parking lot, shooting at night, loud music anytime. I have tried picking up the trash myself. It have never been this bad and I've lived here (in parkview apartments) over 10 years. These are the worst, unconsiderate neighbors you could have.
