I had the unfortunate experience of working with Parkview Apartments, and I would strongly advise other contractors to be cautious. Despite completing the work as agreed upon, I have yet to receive the payment owed for services rendered. I have lived here (in parkview apartments) for some time now and this is the worst year ever. Trash all over the parking lot, shooting at night, loud music anytime. I have tried picking up the trash myself. It have never been this bad and I've lived here (in parkview apartments) over 10 years. These are the worst, unconsiderate neighbors you could have. It's so sad that people don't respect where they live. You would think they would won't to live in a clean safe place.... Two years later, things have changed slightly. The s... read more

Can never get anyone in the office to answer calls and the office is never open when you go by.
