I absolutely love Parkview Apartments. Great location in Cal Park, apartment that feels like home, and amenities that makes life easier. Allie is an amazing apartment manager that always makes sure I am taken care of.
Beautiful apartments with a pool, hot tub and club house.
Great location but the apartments have a terrible maintenance history (current and former ownership). Every time there is an issue it takes an extended amount of time to get it fixed. I've had issues with the dish washer, AC, ceiling leak, and plumbing. The people that fix the issues always comment that prior work was not done right. They also raise the rent every year.
