Great location but the apartments have a terrible maintenance history (current and former ownership). Every time there is an issue it takes an extended amount of time to get it fixed. I've had issues with the dish washer, AC, ceiling leak, and plumbing. The people that fix the issues always comment that prior work was not done right. They also raise the rent every year. And the mailboxes have been broken into multiple times since I've lived here. No security was ever added, they just file a report with the post office. Edit:... read more
Love it here management is great and always helpful. Maintenance guys are awesome always helping out when I need them. Love living here.
