Granite city management are nice people. Everyone is very helpful.They’re very respectful people. In Parkview apartments we have on site maintenance and fix everything right away. So far we didn’t have any problem and we are glad to be part of this community.
Avoid renting here, the heat frequently goes out in the winter and the caretakers barely take care of a thing on time. One unit had a small fire and some appliances that burned were left on the lawn for almost a week before they were removed, despite being directly under the window of the caretakers residence. Furthermore, Granite City Leasing could care less who they rent to as long as they get money.
