The building manager advised that the last months rent would be taken from the security deposit and that we would do a walkthrough of the property to ensure we were clear for any deductions of the remaining balance. A week after moving we were informed that we had 48 hrs to come up with the payment amount or we’d be forced to forfeit the 1200$ deposit.
