I have seen a lack of staff caring before now however since Rachelle arrived the communication with management had gotten so much better. She is very knowledgable and explains things so we can understand. She also doesnt have us come back several times like was done in the past as the neighbors have said they had to. First and foremost, I would like to thank Nancy. She was a true champion and guiding and helping with all the paperwork and needing all the needs of my boys (children). It’s been a month since I moved in and I waited to give true honest review, and I can say from Nancy to the staff to Jose and the security my family and I are very blessed and happy at Parkview. Let me just start by saying that I've been here with my mother for 40 years and in that time we've had two managers that I considered good managers. That was Leslie and Andre, and I've also had the privilege of experiencing a good maintenance worker which was Rico. I just want to say Nancy is the best! Her communication skills are top notch. She is patient and kind. She explains everything so well that after 12 years I understand so much more than I ever had. I went in for an IR and she help me turn it around quickly. On top of it all Jr( our maintenance man) is very helpful and has fixed up our apartments so we'll. Since these two joined management our complex is so much more pleasant to live at. I hope they continue to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to our community... read more

Extremely frustrating experience with the management. They repeatedly asked for income and pay documentation, each time claiming it was everything they needed — only to come back days later requesting something else. This happened multiple times, and each time they gave barely any time to respond or gather the paperwork. It feels disorganized and inconsiderate, especially for people who work and can’t drop everything on short notice. Communication is poor, and the whole process feels like a waste of time.
