Positives: 3 bedroom apartment was very nice. The neighborhood was fairly peaceful but it's apartment living so noise is expected. The price WAS reasonable. Maintenance staff were absolutely awesome. They worked with me a few times when I was late with rent. Neighbors were friendly and actually seemed to enjoy my overly excited dog. Negatives: Money was showing up on my ledger as being owed and never got an explanation for why and it was mysteriously deleted. Rent went from $975 to $1450 (including pet fee) in 2 months. place has druggies and is a sketchy area and figures around don’t recommend living here especially if you have children.
Horrible experience. After we gave our 60 day notice of moving out, it has taken multiples of the SAME email to get a response (in more instances than one). On Aug 5 we were charged for damages, haven’t gotten a list of what the damages are, and I’ve sent 3 emails asking what they are. One on 8/5, one on 8/13, and one on 8/26. Still no response. Do not recommend working with them, save yourself the trouble. The one bedroom apartment at Parkview isn’t worth what they charge either.
