RecommendedMy 11 week old kitten had a sore leg today from vaccines yesterday. I was concerned because she wasn’t her playful self, and she didn’t want anything to do with her food. When my other two cats were babies, they never had a reaction like this to vaccines so I definitely grew concerned. Parktown Vet was incredibly efficient and careful with our boy, Kodah, when we had to take him in for an emergency during COVID-19 shutdown. We were impressed by how well they managed social distancing while still providing great care. Thank you!
I took Jax in for his yearly exam, nail clipping and rabies shot yesterday. They have a well executed set up where you check in from your car,. A vet tech came out and went over his vitals, any concerns and verified what he was being brought in for. The vet who performed his check up called back to let me know all was well ( o.k., he does need to lose a little weight ) and the front desk called and took my payment over the phone. Best vet I have ever been to. With a 17 year old dog who is both blind and deaf, Dr. Long, Jennifer, and the rest of the staff have a unique blend of compassion, understanding and intelligence that make this office really stand out. They have helped in NUMEROUS ways to help my old girl be the happiest and healthiest she can be at 17, and I recommend this vet to any of my friends with animals!
