I've been going to Parktown MV for over 10 years and have been very happy up until the past year or so. There's been a complete turnover with employees from the receptionists to the dental assistants — were they all let go or transferred to another office?? The new people are inexperienced and slow. Cleaning used to be quick, 30 minutes in and out, super efficient. My last cleaning took nearly 2 hours total (mostly waiting and the assistant trying to figure out how to take X-rays). This place has changed a lot I usually waste like 2 hours just to get them to work on my and there are not doing anything right anymore i really liked this place I was going there 2019 not anymore today I wasted my las 2 hours in there
Dr. Ramírez consulted me, anesthetized another patient while his was working with me and she treated me very badly, he worked very fast with me and mistreated her assistant. Now I have more problems in my mouth because of him, it is very rough and in the end I don't get analgesic now I have to pay more money in another dentist for his bad work This Dentist want you Money 💰💰💰 Bad, bad bad.... Sorry for the Reseptionist and the helpers but now I need to speed more money and time.... I'm not Recommended this 🦷🦷🦷
Dr. Ramirez is a typical arrogant inept dentist with a god complex. His lack of care and competence created more problems than he solved. I try to give people a benefit of the doubt, but during the last visit, he finally hit my limit. There is no more doubt left! I will pull the tooth myself if I have to, but I am not coming back! I always felt rushed and was left with a feeling that they are "processing" the patients as fast as they can get rid of them.
