Scheduled for a tour today at 10am and nobody came to see me or assisted me to the apartments.. yep.. waited for an hour for nothing.. poor customer service for a potential renter! **update: the guy who toured us was very accommodating and was able to answer our questions. Still thinking about moving into this place.. I’d say they have a nice environment..
Terrible terrible place to live. Do not listen to any PAID positive reviews. After many instances of my apartment flooding, mouse infestations and malfunctioning electrical systems, they had nerve to charge $200+ for lease renewal. Not to mention you're charged for everything. Signing for a package at the front desk? Make sure your wallet is there when you're done or that they haven't charged $15 for using the pen. Parking spaces $70 covered $50 uncovered but the parking gate hasn't worked in 2 years.
After living at this location for a good number of years (6+) they are trying to gouge me with paying for painting and cleaning to put the unit in shape for a new resident. These are activities that they would normally have to do anyway, but they want to charge me just enough to cover a security deposit balance. The other thing you need to know is that some units, mine certainly, would conduct the smell of what was being cooked in other units, meaning I was smelling a lot of middle eastern food that I didn't find agreeable. ... read more
