The representative, Becky Matthewa, got on the phone and was very curt to me, also very insulting.They are the supplier to Lowe's in Morehead City where I ordered 78 1 x 6 x 20 Timber Tech square decking boards. According to Lowe's video proof of delivery, only 14 boards were delivered back on September 15. As a NC licensed general contractor, I knew that my job wasn't going to start till October 6. I come here to pick up TimberTech material that I buy from a supplier. Everyone here is very helpful. They even help me sometimes outside of operating hours. Which is super helpful considering I know they all want to go home. But they do what they can to make sure that you're taking care of each and every time. Kudos my guys! You guys are doing great! But I also miss the old manager. He was awesome!.
