Great place !
It started out as a nice opportunity. However, after my manager was promoted to Director, a new Team Manager was internally brought in from our Bldg. Products Div. In spite of my shared concerns with mgmt, my lack of proper training led to my demise. I was immediately put on a P.I.P. & let go in less than a month.
