Toured the complex. Very nice town homes. I wish they all had a top balcony for all the homes but it's well kept. I saw the train track near the complex which is concerning to me because of the sound. I was in contact with April and she was very responsive via text and so informative. Definitely a place I'd consider moving to.
I lived at Parkside Villas for two years and had a fantastic experience. The manager, April, was incredibly responsive and always made sure any maintenance issues were fixed promptly. She genuinely cared about the residents and went above and beyond to address any concerns. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable rental.

April is the most caring and helpful property manager I’ve ever worked with. She was so professional and made us feel secure every step of the way. We feel really lucky to have had her assist us with the entire process, and are grateful she is there to address our needs/concerns for the future. We love living here!
Really nice community with a great location next to the park. We have lived here for 4+ years. The apartments are nice and in good condition, but if there is ever a problem, I call our manager, April and she is the best. She answers immediately and gets the problem solved quickly. April even sends candy for Halloween and notes for Christmas. I don't know many complexes that can say that.
