The staff focuses on the Residents agenda and not their own agenda! That supports an environment which provides the individual Resident with their own nurturing, comfort and caring needs.
You will find so many people who truly take pride in their job and care for the residents. It is a comfortable and positive environment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
The people here are all so wonderful, from the residents to the wait staff to all the housekeeping crew to all the nurses, and all of the wonderful administrators. They all are very kind and supportive to each and every resident, calling us by name whenever we pass. I am so glad that I can call Parkside my home!
