I’ve been living here for about 2 years, and honestly, it’s been nothing but off-and-on issues the whole time. First off, the cats. Management does absolutely nothing about them, and when tenants complain, they literally tell us not to do anything either. Then there’s the on-site managers… who sit in the office all day with their feet up, doing nothing. Example: I called almost 2 weeks ago because our AC went out—in the middle of summer. Very helpful and responsive management, washer broke and was leaking in the middle of the night, and when maintenance failed to respond Evelyn and Christine took it upon themselves to come to the rescue with a shop vac and a smile. They were extremely kind and willing to help, even at midnight! 5 starts for both of them.

My family of 4 lived here for a year, Ginger and Evelyn have been absolutely amazing! Evelyn was always on top of every concern we had! Mikey was amazing and always so responsive when anything needed fixing! We only moved out due to no longer needing a 3 bedroom, however we loved the management so much we just changed locations! We are so happy with these apartments!
