Lived here for two years and it was great at first.. quickly learned that this property management is simply a security deposit scam, tons of bad reviews you can find about people leaving tiny scuffs on a wall or a dent in a door and they didn’t get any of their security deposit back. I don’t expect to see my deposit and that’s fine I’m just glad to be out of that place. The management was never on property called for a month straight never got a single answer and the voicemail box wasn’t setup, finally got a call from them…... read more

I’ve been living here for about 2 years, and honestly, it’s been nothing but off-and-on issues the whole time. First off, the cats. Management does absolutely nothing about them, and when tenants complain, they literally tell us not to do anything either. Then there’s the on-site managers… who sit in the office all day with their feet up, doing nothing. Example: I called almost 2 weeks ago because our AC went out—in the middle of summer. They threw us a temporary window unit but have ignored every single call since then abou... read more

Very helpful and responsive management, washer broke and was leaking in the middle of the night, and when maintenance failed to respond Evelyn and Christine took it upon themselves to come to the rescue with a shop vac and a smile. They were extremely kind and willing to help, even at midnight! 5 starts for both of them.
