Do Not Stay Here If You Don’t Like Roaches I’m leaving one star because maintenance makes repairs in a timely manner. Since I have moved in this year and been staying here I have communicated with Rachel the property manager and the regional manager Kathy about having a roach problem since I first moved in for months. The complex is contracted with an exterminator company who has come but the issue has not been solved. I have paid out of my own pockets to find a solution to get this issue solve. Nice place to live Nice sized apartments and clean grounds. Rarely had any issues but fast response if there was something. Staff was friendly and accommodating including maintenance and your dogs will love it with the walking trail being so close!

Great Place to live I enjoy living here. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would remain here. I enjoy the pool in the summer. It’s quiet, clean, I feel so safe here. I enjoy sitting on my patio watching the children play as well as walkers getting in their exercise. Maintenance is always on top of things. Kudos to you guys. The office team is great. Fantastic Staff We love working with Rachel, she truly cares about the residents and the property. She always responds promptly and is always professional and helpful. I travel to a lot of states for my job and Rachel is above and beyond the best manager I have had the privilege to work with. The property is well located, a park is behind the property, the apartments are well designed and very comfortable.

Most Amazing staff Me and my family were supposed to move from Virginia to North Carolina so we stumbled across Parkside and everything was AMAZING from the initial call with Mr. Patrick who was extremely kind and helpful with the application to keeping me updated. Then to Ms. Rachel the property manager who was the sweetest and most pleasant person to speak to. They both answer all questions in a professional manor ! Recommend this property to anyone in the Clayton area !
Great place to live I moved here in April and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Quiet and close to everything including the park. Excellent staff and maintenance.
Fantastic Place to Live! Main reason is the office staff takes time to know the residents and are very helpful. The property is so clean and well taken care of. This has by far the best apartment I've ever lived in!
Great place to live Rachel and Patrick have made living here an amazing experience. The maintenance team is also extremely helpful. Great neighbors, great pool, and the town park is within walking distance. Nice interior and sweet appliances. I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s been great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone
Just signed my lease for the 3rd time! 3 Years Love living in Parkside Village! Clean, and the neighbors are awesome! I also really like the office at Parkside Village Apartments.... The maintenance guys are above par! Way to go Parkside! I look forward to another year here! With very large apartments, gym, pool, clean, quiet..> Why would I go anywhere else with my family of 6? Thank you Rachel, Patrick, Jose, and Ray.. You all make living here enjoyable!
