They have changed from being low-income to wanting to charge the average rent in Missoula (which is about $1500, if you didn't know). They are incrementally pricing everyone out so that they can 'renovate' the apartments and then charge money that they aren't worth. Don't be fooled, they are liars and MHA is a greedy association of jerks.
manager dosent want to deal with any problems with bad neighbors...total creeps for all your neighbors, except for one or two people....stay away, honestly, you're better off living in your car
