We have lived here since April, 2025. So far, the experience has been mostly positive. The apartment is MUCH nicer than that Lochwood. More parking, they have a pool and places to walk your puppy. I even work here part time as a pool monitor. Parkside Trace is a nice complex to live in. 4 ⭐'s. One question though: why do they call them apartments when the are all stuck together?? 🤡
I love this place so much! Finding an apartment was hard for me because of my situation and they made the process so smooth and easy. They even check in to see how you’re doing. Everyone who works here have been super kind and understanding. If you’re looking for an affordable, quite, clean place to rent definitely come here.
I do not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience as a resident. Several appliances provided with the unit were non-functional for extended periods despite being reported through proper maintenance channels. Repairs were delayed, incomplete, or temporary, leaving essential items unusable and unresolved. A serious safety concern involved the fire alarm system. DO NOT. I transferred here from Academy Park in New Albany (managed by the same company) I was made to sign an NDA before they approved the transfer, so I will choose not to speak on my experience I endured at that location. I moved in here at Park Trace on 10/2025 and there were ROACHES and carpet beetles. The office tried to gaslight me like “are you sure you didn’t bring them” EXCUSE ME? Tried to act like there wasn’t a SERIOUS pest problem here .. sure enough everyone has been talking about the infestation going on here ... read more
Really happy living at Parkside Trace. Clean property, easy parking, friendly staff, and quick responses when something comes up. The pool and outdoor space are great too. Would recommend!
