Trash compactors have been down for weeks. This is how they take care of their residents. While compactor is broke, and people have nowhere to put trash, and if you dare to set your trash that you’ve been trying to contain beside the broken compactor you’ll be fined for it. But, this is okay.. trash covering the back of parking lot ??? If you like bugs, dog poop, trash, leaks, mold, and no attention to repairs, constant raising of your total monthly payment, by all means, this is the perfect home for you. Wonderful experience with parkside trace all the apparments were very nice and people are very welcoming abby was very helpful with everything I needed to know throught the whole process
Abby and Madelyn and the maintenance team are top notch Abby and Madelyn made the move in progress super easy they really care about the residents and there needs my apartment is so nice and was super clean and nice in ready

DO NOT. I transferred here from Academy Park in New Albany (managed by the same company) I was made to sign an NDA before they approved the transfer, so I will choose not to speak on my experience I endured at that location. I moved in here at Park Trace on 10/2025 and there were ROACHES and carpet beetles. The office tried to gaslight me like “are you sure you didn’t bring them” EXCUSE ME? Tried to act like there wasn’t a SERIOUS pest problem here .. sure enough everyone has been talking about the infestation going on here ... read more
