I lived there for 5 years and 3 property mangers that first 4 years was fine but the current manager told us we can't grill no more , there's no amenities, if your car is parked for more then 48 hours they try to tow it . And the maintenance and management staff are rude to young adults.if your in your 20s this isn't the place . After Move out they also try to Nickle and dime me . Trying to charge me for new carpet but it was patched up when I moved in like yeah they can go kick rocks
I would not recommend Parkside Trace Apartments. We experienced serious maintenance issues from day one—leaking showers, mold, water damage, and unprofessional, unannounced maintenance entries into our home. It took days or weeks to get basic repairs, and many problems were left unresolved. Most unprofessional and rude management, maintenance staff I've ever had to deal with.. Darla is unprofessional and unhelpful.. Forget about getting in contact with anyone during emergencies.. Would not recommend anyone rent here.
