We just moved in about a week ago, we love everything so far. Vincent the assistant manager was very welcoming to us! Made this transition easy and smooth. Dog friendly here and maintenance was on top of all of our things and took care of it for us before we moved in! Walls are a little thin but manageable. Overall a good time super clean and helpful!
Wouldn’t recommend this complex. We moved in and the first night in our unit, discovered it had fleas. They were coming from the carpet and the whole unit was infested from previous tenants. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors everyday conversations (both above and to the side). Also, they nickel and dime you when you’re done with your lease. These apartments are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for nice quiet apartments. 6 months later I’m still extremely satisfied with Parkside Darla and Vincent go above and beyond with any issues you may encounter 5 stars!!
I lived there long enough to sign a lease twice then realize they were charging me $500 MORE a month than my neighbors because they couldn’t fill the apartments when they first built so they lowered everyone new and argued with me to NOT make mine equal to all the neighbors. Floors are paper thin, I knew every step my neighbors made and hot water is limited when showering.
We were selling our home and decided to not stay in the home during the sale, so we rented at Parkside Trace. Some of the emails and policies were so ridiculous and ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. First, they have sent multiple emails out threatening those that don't pick up dog waste that they will DNA test the waste to see who it belongs to.
