Terrible management for such high rent cost. Last August our air conditioner broke and we spent the remainder of the summer and entirety of the fall without it, constantly needing to be seated in front of a fan that essentially just blew hot or warm air. It somehow took 8 months for them to finally get it fixed, so we got that back after several months into this year. Property manger been harassing us people for nothing all over a parking lot # mean while the older people take up the whole lot we park at. And then they come get mad at us we’re gonna be moving soon ! From this place nothing but rudeness and disrespectful workers here.
awful building awful people living there noisy, constant smell of cigarette smoke, cockroaches and not to mention I was was sleeping barely clothed in bed with my 6 month old baby and awoke to a maintenance man in my bedroom hunched over me performing a window maintenance check. if you must rent in selkirk I urge you to please try and pick somewhere else (the building manager is super sweet and none of this was her fault she's awesome it's just broadstreet as a whole)
It’s all seniors but they don’t declared it to be a 55+ building but run it like one. The seniors like it whisper quiet so if you’re younger then avoid this place like the plague. Any noise or sign of life below the age of 60 is grounds for eviction
