I had black mold in my bedroom and the property manager said it was my fault for not running my heat 24/7 and if I didn't do that I can find a new place to live. Update: That is hilarious. Not only do I still have my lease but I have pictures of me and my son living there. My step sister lives across the street! Total bogus, please no one rent here.
This was the worst place I have rented. They never do anything to update or do proper repairs. They upped the rent to $950 management never replied back to issues. Glad to have moved out!
I lived here for two years now and within that time frame I have had trouble with the cercit board and my hot water heater had maintenance look at it they said they needed to order parts and then never done the work I would rate zero stars because of all the underhand work they are doing. No their legal team is harassing us for money that we already paid
Current tenant. All my complaints ride on whoever calls the shots with maintenance. They don’t notify tenants before they send their employees to perform construction on apartments in your building. This wouldn’t be quite as big of an issue if it weren’t for their employees working outside of reasonable time slots. Performing roof work with 5+ people at 9am on a Saturday with no prior warning is obnoxious. Doing construction on the apartment below past 7pm on weekdays is also incredibly inconsiderate. I’ve lived here for 2 years. As of today my whole apartment is falling apart! No hot water, our sink doesn’t work correctly, the living room blinds are so cheap if you open your window for fresh air, it snaps the blinds/breaks them off. But yet, they keep increasing our rent.
