I paid $80 on 09/10/19 to get my hair colored and cut. My hair looks like a child colored it and is super dark. I had a picture of what I was wanting and the outcome looks nothing like it. I am embarrassed and now will have to pay money again to go somewhere to have it fixed. I don’t recommend coming here and wish I would have just bought boxed hair color. A refund would help some, but I am still embarrassed.
