I would avoid Parkside Property Management at all costs! Their property in Decatur is extremely poorly managed and they don't pay their vendors for repairs that have been made on the property. The corporate office will not return phone calls, some extensions put you in an endless loop or just hang up on you.

Management or Maintenance was no where to be found, ever! We had a horrible pest problem including German roaches and Brown Recluses. The lease states they will spray every three months for bugs not once did they come to us. Someone stole 2 AC unites out of our 4 unit apartment during the summer, Sent in complaints and they wouldn't/hadn't replaced them yet. CHEAP but you get really do get cheap.

i lived in one of their apartments for move than three years, paid my rent a month in advance, and they had the nerve to send me a notice of non renewal, which seemed to be their practice for white men. they also have not returned my deposit. they are extremely poor at up keep and maintenance. i would highly recommend avoiding this company. the management is also renowned for telling your business to the residents of the complex....do not do business with these people!!!!
