Since 2007 I have used Parkside for 5 real estate transactions, & my friend has used him twice. Each & every time John has shown himself to be the most knowledgeable, helpful, & professional realtor. My ex-wife one time wanted to use a 'friend' of hers who promised a quick sale, which I'm sure she would have got as her suggestion for a listing price was $20K lower than the one suggested by Mr. Kane.
