This is a long overdue review after 5+ years of living here. We love Parkside, and it is by far the best place we have lived. Here are some of our favorite things: -Sligo Creek Park at our doorstep -Hired front desk/maintenance/cleaning teams (not contracted out, so we see the same faces each day and they are part of our community!) -Well-managed, professional HOA (this is rare!) -Community events (jazz at the pool, happy hours, etc.) -Resort-like pool under swaying bamboo -Extra parking so it’s never hard to find a space -D... read more
THE BEST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED! And I’ve lived in a lot of apartment/condo communities! I read the most recent review and was so sad to see that family’s experience was the opposite of mine. It seems they had a fluky situation with a terrible landlord, which is really unfortunate. I’ve been comfortable with the heat and AC all year. I do have insulated curtains, but it never crossed my mind that they made any significant difference since I’m comfortable when they’re opened as well.
