I have loved being in Parkside place the last 3/4 years. I came in w no expectations and met the longtime agent Jonathan and he aligned me with everything i needed to be approved and was patient working w me to acquire my documents and deposit. Ive been in parkside about 4 years and hardly make maintenance requests because they try hard to stay on top of the things that arise as a tenant. I love my apartment. The new manager Luis is amazing. Overall, the office staff rocks!! The property is beautiful. I am just so happy I found these apartments!!
The property itself is beautiful obviously, and I love my apartment!! The kitchen is the main reason why I leased lol I love to cook and needed a larger island and cabinet space!! The property manager is the best! He’s so nice and takes care of everything we need. We love seeing everyone in the office when I’m there getting mail or working out. They’re always so nice to me and my family. Definitely would recommend to any friends, family and peers!
