The absolute worst place you could ever move to. Stay away.
The parking situation is utterly unacceptable. They have imposed a $5 parking fee for visitors as if they were in downtown Houston. Furthermore, residents who park in visitor spaces risk being towed. It is infuriating that there is an abundance of visitor parking while resident parking is severely limited. This is nothing short of a scam.
